Brandi Collins brings over a decade of experience in client-centered coaching, strategic planning, program evaluation, and data-driven quality improvement to her role as a board member. She supports organizations in strengthening services and achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes through collaborative, capacity-building approaches grounded in empowerment, sustainability, and shared leadership.

With a strong background in coalition building and community organizing, Brandi facilitates strategic planning and evaluation processes that integrate Appreciative Inquiry and trauma-informed principles. Her prior experience at CCNY provides a deep understanding of how organizations operationalize data collection and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. For more than ten years, she has partnered with the DC Department of Behavioral Health on the evaluation of SAMHSA-funded transition-age youth initiatives.

Brandi’s experience includes direct care and systems-level work across OPWDD, OMH, and DOH-funded programs, as well as board service with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This combination of strategic planning, evaluation, and governance experience equips her to navigate complex regulatory and reporting environments while supporting organizations with diverse missions and community needs.
